We love our wildlife at Drakes Ridge and they love us too. They visit often and we co-exist with our natural world.
We sometimes just do a leisurely stroll while other times we flow out into the woods to see what nature has to offer us that day. Southern Indiana creek rock is used to build this old moss covered fence which is one of the amazing wonders in the woods of Drakes Ridge.
We love our "little humans" so we have a swing set in our playground so they can feel right at home. Others can enjoy one of the many activities such as shooting hoops, throwing horseshoes or cornhole bags, botchy ball or volleyball.
As spirit moves through us all, we find many ways to connect. This rock shrine is one of many novel creations you will find as you wander around Drakes Ridge.
Our clubhouse is home to many fun activities. We cook and share meals, enjoy pitch ins, play cards and board games, play ping pong, watch tv and show our talent on our performance stage. Don't forget giggles and belly laughs are a part of the fun we have at Drakes Ridge.
We are really enjoying our new pool deck and hot tub. Floating around in our pool is one way to get some exercise and stay cool on these hot, humid Indiana summer days. The sunning lawn is a relaxing place to read a good book while you "sun your buns".
Many of us have great memories of the Drakes Ridge volleyball court. You can get out there and just toss the ball around or gather some teams together and play a fun competitive game.
Enjoy a campfire with friends talking about folklore, family, the enjoyable day you've had or just really bad jokes. We love sitting by a fire and relishing in how amazing life is.
